Ingredients

  • - ½ Cup of pumpkin puree from a can
  • - 2 large egg whites, whisked
  • - 1 Teaspoon of maple syrup or honey
  • - 1 Teaspoon of cinnamon
  • - ⅛ Teaspoon of baking soda
  • - 2 Tablespoons of Buckwheat
  • - Optional 1 Tablespoon of cacao nibs

Steps
